Chrome Dev is an independent app from the standard Google Chrome distribution branch that allows you to access the latest browser features before other users. Just like with Google Chrome Beta, this Dev version is a different app with a different package name, so you can have it installed alongside the standard version of the browser without experiencing any incompatibility issues.
The first thing you should do when you start using Chrome Dev is sync your Google account. This first step is very useful, since by using a social login you will be able to sync all your bookmarks, history, and browsing preferences. This way, you won't have to start from scratch on your new browser. That being said, if you prefer, you can always browse as a guest to ensure a bit more anonymity and try out the new features from scratch.
The biggest strength of Chrome Dev compared to other Chrome branches is that it allows you to access the latest features of Google's browser before anyone else. In exchange, mind you, you might experience a little instability. It's also very likely that some of the features included in this branch aren't yet perfectly polished. But that's precisely the point of this Dev version.

I've never been much of a fan of these types of early channels, because in the end, what you're basically doing is acting as a beta tester for free. I understand the appeal of trying out some features before anyone else, but I don't know if it's worth it if you also have to deal with less stable browsing.
Download Chrome Dev's APK to discover an excellent browser for Android, which is especially ideal if you want to always be up to date. Furthermore, as it's an official Google product, you can be sure that it's a powerful, fast, and secure browser.
